What do we do?

  • Look after people experience at the Ramblers, supporting colleagues from recruitment and development through to wellbeing, culture and inclusion.

  • Oversee key people-related activities, including volunteering, safeguarding, health and safety, and complaints.

  • Help create the culture, support and confidence people need to do their best work, so that we can open the way for more people to enjoy walking.

  • Work closely with colleagues, volunteers, leaders, trustees and external partners and specialists to support and strengthen the Ramblers as an organisation.

  • No two days are the same, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see people grow, our culture strengthen and the difference that makes across the Ramblers.
